It’s what happens between classes that separates the dancers who continue to level up and see results.

A 12 month complete system for practicing with purpose at home and actually sticking with it.

One of the biggest mistakes dancers make is practicing whatever/whenever they feel like that day and being very consistent. This handbook gives dancers a simple system for well-rounded at-home training.

The daily structure includes:

  • Flexibility

  • A designated monthly focus skills covering every technical aspect they need

  • Weekly goal-setting and reflection

  • Monthly challenges keep them engaged and excited to continue

  • Consistency tips, inspiration and motivational quotes to stay consistent

  • Skills Beyond the Studio, connecting dance training to discipline, persistence, patience, confidence, resilience, adaptability, courage and more.

We teach intentional practice with the Dance Solutions Method system that keeps them excited week after week, and month after month. Practice does not need to take hours. The goal is to make starting easy. Practice has a way of snowballing.

This handbook teaches how to work when nobody was watching, how to fail at something, make an adjustment and try again. It teaches discipline, patience, confidence, goal-setting and the understanding that the results we eventually see are usually created by work nobody else saw. Those skills followed you far beyond the studio.

Miss Natasha Jade, a former professional ballet dancer, national master teacher and dance educator with approximately 20 years of teaching experience. Began ballet at 14 years old and was dancing professionally by 16. Because she started so late, at-home training was an essential part of how she progressed so rapidly. She has taken the principles that helped shape her own training and years of experience educating dancers and turned them into a system young dancers can actually follow.

You need a system, a little discipline, and the willingness to keep showing up.

The work no one sees creates the dancer everyone sees.
